Alfred Lehner GmbH is a traditional family-owned business based in Hamburg, operating since 1949. Over the decades, the company has built a strong reputation specializing in handcrafted and industrially manufactured trophies, medals, and pins. I led the project and was responsible for the company's digital transformation focusing on UX/UI design and brand exploration.
Problem: For such a successful family business with this much tradition and history, very little of that story was being communicated on the existing website. Beyond the lack of branding and storytelling, the existing website had a number of clear usability issues.
Solution: The goal was to position Alfred Lehner as an established and trustworthy global player, while guiding visitors naturally toward the product they are looking for and especially reducing the number of layers they have to navigate.
